Title Lipidomic analyses of hepatic lipid in mice after recombinant protein Metrnl treatment
Description To investigate the effect of recombinant protein Metrnl (rMet) on the changes of lipid component in the liver tissues of C57BL/6 mice fed with a high-fat diet (HFD), we utilized untargeted absolute quantitative lipidomics to assess the lipid composition in the livers of HFD-fed mice with or without rMet treatment.
