1Summary
Title Microbial tyrosine metabolites play a central role in mediating the anti-colitis effect of palmatine
Description Colonic tissue (30 mg) was transferred to homogenizer (pre-cooled at -20 °C) and 100 µl of H2O (pre-cooled at 4 °C) was added for homogenate for 1 min. 800 µL of ice-cold methanol solution containing 1 μg/ml 4-chloro-phenylalanine was added for protein precipitation and vortexed for 10 min. The sample lysates were centrifuged at 18000 rpm for 10 min at 4 °C, and dried under vacuum. Metabolomic study was performed on the LC/Q-TOF-MS (Agilent 6546). A Waters Atlantis T3 and a XBridge BEH Amide column were used for negative analyses.
