Title Integrated transcriptomic and proteomic analyses reveal molecular mechanism of heat stress tolerance in Morchella sextelata
Description Both transcriptome and proteome are involved in this project. Because of the data type can only choose one, here, we submit the proteome data firstly. This dataset comes from two strains of Morchella sextelata (labelled as strain C and strain D), which were subcultured under high (H, 28°C) and normal (N, 18°C) temperature conditions. A total of 36 samples were collected from three stages, with the numbers 1, 2, and 3 representing the early, middle, and late stages of cultivation, respectively.
