Title Full summary statistics for 365 plasma proteins
Description Using an affinity-based platform (Olink Explore 384 Inflammation panel), we measured 365 plasma protein levels from 1,056 Chinese individuals in the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) cohort. In our study, we performed a genome-wide association study (GWAS) with each plasma protein level. A full per-protein summary of the statistical data for pQTL analysis is included.
