Title epigenetic and fragmentomic profiling of plasma cfDNA in lung cancer and healthy individuals
Description A multicenter cohort study was conducted with participants having suspicious malignant lung nodules and healthy volunteers. Plasma cfDNA was analyzed using cfChIP-seq, cfRRBS, and lpWGS. Machine learning integrated the data to develop a precise lung cancer detection model.
