Description By combining snRNA-seq and bulk RNA-seq, this study identified key hepatocyte subtypes, genes, and pathways in HCC. It established a Quantile Distribution Model, providing potential targets for HCC diagnosis and treatment. It classified HCC into metabolic, inflammatory, and matrix classes, with sensitive drugs screened for each. The findings offer insights into HCC's oncogenic landscape and future applications.
