| Description | In this study, liver tissues were collected from four biliary atresia (BA) (type III) patients with varying degrees of liver fibrosis (F1: n=1; F2: n = 1; F3: n = 1; F4: n=1) as the disease group; liver tissues from two patients with choledochal cyst were selected as the disease control (DC) group; the adjacent liver tissues of one hepatoblastoma patient and one hepatic hemangioma patient were taken as the normal control (NC) group. Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) was performed on liver tissue cells from all BA, DC, and NC patients. Spatial transcriptomics (ST) sequencing was performed on BA liver tissues (F4) and normal tissues adjacent to hepatoblastoma. |
