| Description | Metabolic reprogramming, along with the consequent immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment, represents a pivotal determinant contributing to the dismal prognosis observed in cancer patients. Fatty acid metabolism, in particular, serves as a critical conduit for energy provision throughout the course of tumor progression. However, the lipid changes in tumor tissues need to be further explored. This project is designed to collect clinical surgical samples from patients with liver cancer and explore changes in lipid molecules expression in tumor tissues through lipidome sequencing. |
