The data submitted to the China National Center for Bioinformation this time is part of a comprehensive study. This study aims to clarify the potential mechanisms of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) in the treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy (DN). The dataset includes metabolomics data obtained from the serum of C57/BL mice. Metabolomics sequencing of the serum samples is carried out for the identification of differential metabolites, so as to search for potential biomarkers related to Diabetic Nephropathy and the treatment with Mesenchymal Stem Cells. At the same time, through functional analysis, we explore the metabolic pathways in which these differential metabolites are involved and their potential mechanisms of action in the occurrence and development of Diabetic Nephropathy as well as during the treatment process mediated by Mesenchymal Stem Cells. |
