1Summary
Title Analysis of energy metabolites in Daphnia sinensis and Simocephalus vetulus
Description The aim of this project is to explore the causes of differences in locomotor habits as well as differences in longevity between Daphnia sinensis and Simocephalus vetulus by analyzing their energy metabolites. S. vetulus and D. sinensis of the same age (10 days) and feeding environment were selected for metabolomics analysis. Every 200 daphnids were considered as one sample, and three technical replicates were set up for S. vetulus and D. sinensis, respectively, for a total of six samples.
