1Summary
Title DIA Proteomic Profiling from the serum of Sham and 2-week TAC mice
Description This dataset presents a comprehensive Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) proteomics analysis of serum samples collected from a 2-week transverse aortic constriction (TAC) model of heart failure using C57BL/6J mice, alongside corresponding sham groups. Each group includes five biological replicates. The study aims to identify protein expression changes associated with the early stages of pressure overload-induced cardiac dysfunction.
