Title IL-17-producing gdT cells recruited by cGAS-STING-dependent CCL20 in macrophages drive radioresistance
Description CD45+ cells are obtained from subcutaneous LLC tumor grafts of 6-weeks-old female C57BL/6 mice. Wild-type control, wild-type mice 96 hours after 10Gy irradiation, and Trdc-/- mice 96 hours after 10Gy irradiation were subjected to CD45+ cell collection and single cell RNA sequencing.
