Title Single-cell RNA sequencing of definitive endoderm cells on stiffness-varied substrates
Description To investigate the impact of stiffness on the transcriptional programs of definitive endoderm cells, which differentiated from hESCs, we performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) on the 10xGenomics platform. Differentiated for 3 days samples from 3 varied stiffness PA gel substrates were collected.
