OMIX009744

1Summary
Title Proteomic analysis to screen differentially expressed proteins between HSPA9-control and -overexpression cells
Description Heat shock protein family A member 9 (HSPA9), an evolutionarily conserved heat shock protein, predominantly localizes in mitochondria and exists in multiple subcellular organelles, exhibiting widespread expression in a variety of cancerous cells and tissues. Previous literature indicated HSPA9 exerts its regulatory influence on cell proliferation, cell cycle progression, and cell migration in various human cancers. However, its role in MM remains to be elucidated.
