Title High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry Report on Chemical Constituents in WC03
Description This project employed ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with high-resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) using a Q-Exactive HFX instrument to analyze the chemical constituents in the WC03 traditional Chinese medicine formula. Structural identification of the compounds in the sample was achieved by matching the primary accurate mass and secondary MS/MS fragmentation spectra with those of compounds in the local reference standards database.
