Title Polygonatum cyrtonema cultivar:Duohuahuangjing Leaf Metabolome
Description The samples were collected from the disease-health junction to analyze the metabolome changes of Polygonatum cyrtonema in response to the infection of Botrytis deweyae, and differential metabolites were found. Leaves were collected at 0 h, 24 h, 48 h, and 96 h after Botrytis deweyae infection, with 0 h as the control group and other time points as the treatment group. The LC/MS system for metabolomics analysis was performed by a Waters Acquity I-Class PLUS ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with a Waters Xevo G2-XS QTOF High Resolution Mass Spectrometer. Data were analyzed using the bioinformatics analysis workflow provided by the Bi-omarker Cloud Platform BMKCloud.
