Title A single-cell atlas of hematopoietic microenvironment
Description We employed single-cell transcriptomics to integrate dual-species (human and mouse) and dual-tissue (liver and bone marrow) datasets, constructing a cross-stage hematopoietic microenvironment atlas (HMA). To enable cross-species integration of human and murine transcriptomic datasets, we systematically converted human gene symbols to their mouse orthologs.
