Title Proteomic profiling of small extracellular vesicles secreted from T. gondii
Description Models of T. gondii RH strain co-cultured with cervix adenocarcinoma cells (HeLa) and human normal cervical epithelial cells (H8) were applied respectively in vitro. T. gondii tachyzoites were purified and continuous cultured in vitro for sEVs ultracentrifugation isolation. Analysis of sEVs proteins helps to screen out bioactive ingredients with anti-tumor potentials and further investigate its underlying molecular mechanisms of apoptosis induction and cell cycle arrest.
