Title Quantitative phosphoproteomic analyses in KIN10-GFP and C177S-GFP upon NO treatment using LC-MS/MS
Description To investigate the biological function of S-nitrosylation of KIN10 at Cys-177 in NO signaling, we performed quantitative phosphoproteomic analyses in KIN10-GFP and C177S-GFP transgenic plants in kin10 kin11 double mutant background using LC-MS/MS for phosphopeptide quantification.
