| Description | This dataset contains mass cytometry (CyTOF) data generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of patients with acute myocarditis (including both mild and fulminant forms) and controls. Samples were analyzed using a panel of multiple metal-tagged antibodies to comprehensively profile immune cell phenotypes. The dataset includes raw FCS files. These data were used to identify disease-associated immune alterations and validate findings from parallel single-cell transcriptomic analyses. |
