Title 13C-labled metabolites via mass spectrometry from AML12 cells
Description Knockdown of IDH1 resulted in the accumulation of isocitrate M+2, but a reduction in α-KG M+2, malate M+2, and succinate M+2 compared to the control group. This effect could be largely rescued by overexpression of IDH1-WT or IDH1-4KQ.
