Title Human HCC cell line metabolic flux
Description This project employed the human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Huh-7, along with the drug - resistant strains Huh-7 LR and Huh-7 SR constructed via Lenvatinib and Sorafenib, for metabolic flux analysis, with an aim to probe into the mechanisms of hepatocellular carcinoma drug resistance. Note: The parental cell line Huh-7 used in this study is a commercially available human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line.
