Metabolomic analysis was performed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry following established protocols. Quality control samples were prepared by pooling equal volumes of each AH sample to assess the stability and reproducibility of the targeted metabolic analysis. The current targeted metabolic analysis was performed via UPLC-ESI-MS/MS. For LC-MS, anAB Sciex Qtrap 5500/Waters I-class was used to analyze the metabolic profiling in both ESI positive and ESI negative ion modes.
