| Description | This dataset contains RNA-Seq data generated from HepG2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells treated with α-Pinene. Cells were cultured under standard conditions and exposed to 50 μM α-Pinene for 24 hours. Matched untreated control cells were included as a comparison group. The data are intended to investigate the regulatory influence of α-Pinene on MATN3 expression and provide insight into transcriptomic changes associated with α-Pinene treatment in hepatocellular carcinoma cells. |
