Description In this study, we compared the biliary microbiota and metabolomic profiles of cholangiocarcinoma patients with those of patients with choledocholithiasis, with the aim of searching for the microbial species and metabolites characteristic of cholangiocarcinoma, and exploring the mechanisms of the relationship between imbalanced microbes and cholangiocarcinoma.
