1Summary
Title Blueberry Anthocyanins Ameliorate Hepatic Dysfunction by Modulating Gut Microbiota and Bile Acid Metabolism in High-Fat Diet-Fed Mice
Description Blueberry anthocyanin extract (BE) cut serum & liver lipids, eased steatosis and oxidative stress in HFD mice. Multi-omics showed BE shifted gut microbiota, lowered microbial genes for secondary bile acid synthesis, boosted fecal cholesterol loss, and thus curbed obesity via gut-liver-bile acid crosstalk.
