Gut Microbiota Remodels Amino Acid and Lipid Metabolism in Incomplete Revascularization of CHD with Phlegm-Dampness Syndrome: An Integrated Multi-omics and Network Pharmacology Study |
| Description |
Incomplete revascularization of coronary heart disease (IR-CHD) is a novel category of CHD population that has developed, such patients are often accompanied by persistent angina of unknown mechanism, which seriously affects the quality of life and prognosis, and urgently needs in-depth study. Purpose In order to enhance comprehension of the biological basis of IR-CHD patients with Phlegm-Dampness (PD) Syndrome, specific biological markers and specific metabolic pathways were explored. The results provide a basis for clinical efficacy evaluation or auxiliary diagnosis. |
