Title TCR and BCR Repertoire Analysis Reveals Distinct Signatures Between Benign and Malignant Ovarian Tumors
Description This study analyzed the T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) immune receptor repertoires in the peripheral blood of 20 patients with ovarian tumors, revealing differences in diversity, balance, and other aspects between the immune repertoires of benign and malignant tumors, as well as age-related correlations; constructed machine learning models based on TCR/BCR genes (with average AUCs of 0.93 for TCR and 0.958 for BCR on the ovarian tumor test dataset); and for the first time, found that TCR was more significantly associated with the benign-to-malignant transformation of ovarian tumors, suggesting its potential as a more sensitive biomarker for ovarian tumor detection.
