| Description | This dataset was generated to demonstrate SManalyst, an open-source platform for spatial metabolomics analysis. A coronal section of a 7-week-old male mouse brain was analyzed with the AFADESI ionization platform (positive mode) and a Q Exactive Orbitrap mass spectrometer at 100 um resolution (70,000 resolving power). Data were processed with the Cardinal R package, yielding a feature matrix of 14,260 spatial pixels and 3,044 ion peaks. |
