Title Proteomic analysis of TCF15 interaction proteins in mouse embryonic stem cells
Description To identify TCF15-interacting proteins that are specifically expressed in mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs), we performed mass spectrometry analyses. The samples subjected to this analysis included whole-cell lysates from both mESCs and mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), as well as the proximity-labeled proteins of TCF15.
