| Description | To investigate the metabolic alterations underlying CKD conditions and to delineate the specific metabolic role of Wnt10b signaling, Wnt10b flox mice and Wnt10b cko mice were subjected to unilateral ischemia-reperfusion injury (UIRI). Renal cortex tissues were collected, and metabolites were extracted. Analysis was performed using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) in both positive and negative ionization modes to achieve comprehensive coverage of the metabolome. Raw data files are provided for both ion modes for each sample, and quality controls also provided. |
