Title Multi-omics profiling reveals Wnt10b/FoxO6 signaling as key regulator of metabolic reprogramming and cell fate transition in chronic kidney disease [Metabolome]
Description To investigate the metabolic alterations underlying CKD conditions and to delineate the specific metabolic role of Wnt10b signaling, Wnt10b flox mice and Wnt10b cko mice were subjected to unilateral ischemia-reperfusion injury (UIRI). Renal cortex tissues were collected, and metabolites were extracted. Analysis was performed using liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) in both positive and negative ionization modes to achieve comprehensive coverage of the metabolome. Raw data files are provided for both ion modes for each sample, and quality controls also provided.
