Description Fecal samples were collected from patients with cirrhotic refractory ascites and healthy populations in the Department of Hepatology, Qiannan People's Hospital. Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was applied to detect the untargeted metabolome of intestinal flora, and bioinformatics analysis was performed.
