1Summary
Title Spatial multi-omics reveals metabolic features of TREM2-high microglia in the retina
Description This study investigates the spatial heterogeneity of gene expression and metabolic profiles in ischemic-hypoxic retinas, specifically examining transcriptomic and metabolic perturbations associated with TREM2-high microglia-enriched regions. To address this, we integrated Stereo-seq (spatial transcriptomics) and MALDI imaging mass spectrometry for comprehensive analysis of murine eyes subjected to acute high intraocular pressure injury.
