Title Proteomic Profiling of Extracellular Vesicles Derived from hTERT-Immortalized Human Placental Chorionic Mesenchymal Stromal Cells
Description This study provides proteomic data of extracellular vesicles derived from hTERT-immortalized human placental chorionic mesenchymal stromal cells , with EVs from primary placental chorionic mesenchymal stromal cells as control. Extracellular vesicles were characterized and analyzed by LC-MS/MS. Among 1,982 identified proteins, 445 differentially expressed proteins were found , despite high overall similarity.GO analysis revealed differentially expressed proteins involvement in ribosome biogenesis, translation, collagen organization, and cell adhesion. KEGG enrichment highlighted associations with PI3K-Akt signaling, ECM-receptor interaction, and disease-related pathways.
