| Description | This project presents a mass cytometry (CyTOF) dataset profiling peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) and age-matched healthy donors as controls. The goal of this study is to comprehensively characterize the systemic immune landscape of PCNSL patients by interrogating the frequencies and phenotypic states of various immune cell subsets, including T cells, B cells, NK cells, and monocytes, in the peripheral blood. A panel of antibodies targeting lineage markers, activation markers, and exhaustion markers was used for deep immunophenotyping. The dataset includes raw FCS files and associated metadata. This resource aims to identify PCNSL-specific immune signatures and provide insights into the systemic immune response associated with this rare lymphoma, which may have implications for understanding disease mechanisms and developing immunotherapeutic strategies. |
