1Summary
Title scRNA dataset of ICC
Description METTL5 promotes intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) progression by reshaping the tumor immune microenvironment. METTL5-mediated 18S rRNA m6A modification regulates chemokine translation, affecting CD8+ T cell and macrophage infiltration. Targeting METTL5 with siRNA combined with anti-PD-1 therapy enhances anti-tumor immunity and suppresses ICC growth, identifying METTL5 as a promising therapeutic target for ICC treatment.
