Title Spatial Transcriptomic Profiling of HCC using Visium and Visium HD Technologies
Description This study employed 10x Genomics' Visium and Visium HD spatial transcriptomic platforms to profile the spatial architecture of the tumor microenvironment in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The dataset encompasses data generated from a single sample, analyzed at both standard resolution (Visium) and high resolution (Visium HD). This multi-resolution approach allows for the investigation of cellular heterogeneity, cell-cell interactions, and spatially restricted gene expression patterns within the tumor tissue. The data provided here include gene expression matrices, spatial coordinates, and histological images for both platforms.
