1Summary
Title NAT10 drives HCC progression through SQLE-mediated cholesterol biosynthesis and is targetable by remodelin
Description Total RNA was isolated from subcutaneous tumor tissues of mice bearing tumors derived from the MHCC97H human HCC cell line, including samples from the NAT10 knockdown group (sgNAT10) and the negative control group (sgControl). Each group was comprised of four biological replicates, and mRNA sequencing was performed by Novogene (Shanghai).
