Title Alterations of metabolite levels in cancer cells with or without TG neuron co-culture
Description The liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) was used to examine alterations of metabolite levels in cancer cells with or without TG neuron co-culture for 48 hours. The untargeted metabolomic analysis revealed that among the 269 measurable metabolites, 144 were significantly increased (Fold Change [FC] > 2) and 58 were significantly decreased (FC < 0.5) in cancer cells co-cultured with TG neurons.
