Title NSCLCs with TTF-1/p40 co-expression
Description Twelve cases of NSCLC with TTF-1/p40 co-expression underwent comprehensive profiling using large NGS panels (GENESEEQ PRIMETM, GENESEEQ Inc.) that covered either 425 or 2000 cancer-related genes. This included core lung cancer driver genes (e.g., EGFR, ALK, ROS1) and a broad spectrum of other clinically relevant genes, including BRAF, MET, RET, ERBB2, KRAS, NRAS, TP53, and MYC.
