| Title | IPC synthase-lipids |
|---|---|
| Description | Lipids were extracted from protein solutions using chloroform: methanol: water (3:6:1,v/v/v). After phase separation, organic phases were collected, re-extracted once, dried in a SpeedVac, and stored at -80°C. The residual protein pellet was used for protein quantification. Lipidomics was performed by normal-phase HPLC on a TUP-HB silica column coupled to a Sciex QTRAP 6500 PLUS mass spectrometer, with polar lipids quantified in MRM mode. |
