| Description | This dataset is the secondary analysis data (original data lost version) of "Integrated Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analysis Reveals the Amino Acid Biosynthesis Diversity in Black and White Mulberry". Due to the loss of the original mass spectrometry files (in .raw format) caused by hardware failure of the storage server, the original data is not included. This secondary data completely covers the entire workflow of "sample processing - chromatography-mass spectrometry acquisition - quantification - differential screening - functional annotation". The metabolite abundance matrix and sample metadata table can support the repeated verification of mulberry amino acid metabolome differences. |
