Sequential progenitor states mark the generation of pancreatic endocrine lineages in mice and humans
Title | Sequential progenitor states mark the generation of pancreatic endocrine lineages in mice and humans |
---|---|
Description | To investigate endocrine lineage differentiation pathways in humans, we performed scRNA-seq of pancreatic cells from human embryos at 9-19 weeks post conception (W) using a modified STRT-seq (mSTRT-seq) method. We also performed 10x Genomics scRNA-seq of whole human pancreatic cells at W8-19, and enriched multipotent pancreatic progenitor and acinar cells (EpCAM+GP2+) and endocrine cells (EpCAM+GP2-) at W12. |
