| Description | The hippocampus of Nestin-GFP mice with or without Filia at P5 was dissociated into single cells by collagenase. GFP+ NSPCs were collected and lysed in lysis buffer. Polyadenylate-tailed RNA was extracted and subjected to RNA-Seq. Differential expressed genes were identified using Cuffdiff software and alternative splicing were analyzed using ASD software. |
