Description | To investigate the function of OsHYPK-mediated N-terminal protein acetylation in rice, we determined the N-terminal acetylome of oshypk and wild type rice with a shotgun LC-MS/MS approach.Soluble leaf proteins from two-week-old wild type and the oshypk were extracted for quantification of N-terminal protein acetylation. The extracted proteins were processed and enriched by an SCX approach for quantification of N-terminal peptides using mass spectrometry. |
