| Description | To explore the transcriptome profiles of Sostdc1 positive Tfh cells, wWe sorted Non-Tfh, Sostdc1-EGFP negative Tfh and positive Tfh cells in draining lympho nodes in Sostdc1-EGFP mice immunized with KLH/CFA by FACS, and performed RNA-seq analysis. To explore the effect of Sostdc1 deletion on Tfr cell transcriptome profiles, Tfr cells in draining lympho nodes were sorted from immunized Sostdc1 knockout mice and control wide type mice. To explore the effect of Nr4a1 deletion on tumor infiltrating cell transcriptome profiles, tumor infiltrating cells were sorted in tumors subcutaneous inoculated with EG.7 lymphoma. |
