| Description | The aim of the study was to determine the miRNA profiles of plasma exosomes from Takayasu's arteritis patients. Exosomes were purified by consecutive steps of size exclusion chromatography (SEC) on size exclusion columns and ultrafiltration tubes. Small RNA libraries were prepared with the QIAseq miRNA Library Kit (QIAGEN). The quality of the libraries was validated on an Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 and qPCR. Pair-end sequencing was performed on Illumina HiSeq2500. |
