Table Parsing Configuration

This configuration is used to parse tables from non-tabular files (such as PDF files of the main text of literature). Please note that due to the limitations of parsing tools, the parsing results may contain errors, so this method is not recommended for non-tabular file parsing.

File Type Descriptions:

  • PDF: Standard PDF files containing tables
  • ScienceDirect: ScienceDirect formatted XML files
  • PMC: PubMed Central formatted XML files
