PWAS Atlas Introduction

Proteome-wide association study integrates pQTL and GWAS data to identify trait-associated proteins regulated by genetic variation. PWAS Atlas curates and integrates protein-trait associations from publications and standard computational workflows, providing visualization and comparative analysis tools for exploring disease susceptibility and phenotypic diversity.
