A Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 1.6.0 or upper must be properly installed to run the application if you use the versions without JRE integrated.

If you have JRE properly installed, you can try our Java web start version of VCGBrowser, which could download the application automatically. (It may ask for permission when start running.)
